How to get back at my little brother?

Im Stan I'm 16 and today my 13 year old brother managed to tie me the tree in our backyard and left me there for 12 freaking hours, and the worst part was that he pantsed me after he did it and being that I never wear a shirt at home, I was only in my boxers. This is about the twentieth time he's done this to me, every time our parents go out of he town he does this to me because he hates the fact that I'm in charge of him. I've been hogtied, tied to my ab lounge, and even had my hands tied behind my back and locked outside. It's so humiliating having my little brother do this to me, so I wanna get him back, but I don't wanna do anything that will make him retaliate and humiliate me further. I tried beating him up before and thats what led to me getting tied up to my ab lounge for an entire day, thats right, that asshole left me there for 24 hours, hand to god. What's a good way to get him back that won't lead to me having a whole day taken away under humiliating circumstances. Please help!
