Does anyone know a online company that would hire me?

Im a 17 year old that knows how to create websites, knows how to make logos and edit things, knows how to create and manage forums, well I can do almost anything with a site or logo, I can also make videos. I would love to work for a company that would allow me to do such things or things related to this category.
