What do people do when tgey are in thier 60s how do they manage liing in an apartmeny?

At this stage of the game, if you don't have family to take over the house, it is far, far better to rent an apartment. I just ditched my 2 story home and am now in a small, very nice apartment with a view. Ahh....peaceful retirement. I'm lovin' it!
